Deutsch: Das ehemalige Rittergut Langenohl lag 625 m westlich der Waldenburg im breiten Biggetal, also auf einem „langen Ohl“. Erste urkundliche Erwähnung 1249 als Besitz der Grafen von Arnsberg (WUB VII 690). Am 29. April 1284 tauschte Ehrenfried von Bredenol mit dem Grafen Ludwig von Arnsberg seinen Hof Verse im Kirchspiel Herscheid gegen den Haupthof Langenohl (curia Langenole) bei Waldenburg (WUB VII 1902). Im 16. Jahrhundert gehörte das Gut, auf dem der Schulte zu Langeoel sitzt, dem adeligen Geschlecht Hoberg (Waldenburg). Laut Türkensteuerliste von 1563 hatte Johann zu Langenoel 2½ Goldgulden, sein Knecht 1 Ort (¼ Gg) zu entrichten. 1670/73 ging mit dem Waldenburger Besitz auch das Gut Langenohl auf die von Fürstenberg über. Bewirtschaftet ab Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts von der Familie Kampschulte, danach bis 1961 von der Pächterfamilie Marcus. Gut Langenohl hatte 1921 eine Größe von 157 ha, davon 107 ha Wald. Die Hofgebäude wurden 1961 abgerissen um der Biggetalsperre Platz zu machen. |
