Omschrijving: De heilige Sebastiaan zit vastgebonden aan een boom. Twee engelen bevrijden hem van zijn boeien en halen een pijl uit zijn lichaam. Op de grond liggen het harnas en de mantel van Sebastiaan. In de marge een Bijbeltekst uit Jer. 30 en een opdracht aan de Maastrichtse Kannunik Matthias Laurix.
