This homeopathic weight-loss product containing human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is sold online and in some retail stores. It is among the products targeted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The agencies are warning seven companies that they are violating federal laws by selling drugs that have not been approved by FDA, and that make unsupported claims.
