Air Ambulance providing support in Cumbria As part of the multi-agency response to the floods in northern Cumbria, our aircraft helimed 08 has been based relocated to base in the area. On Saturday 28th November at 12:03 we attended an incident at Higham Hall attending a female patient aged 60 with a head injury. Higham Hall is a restored 19th century Gothic mansion close to Skiddaw and the Northern Fells in the Lake District used as an educational residential centre. HM08 carried the patient to the West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven. |
