Description
English: The Royal Australian Navy Clearance Diving Team (CDT) 1 loads equipment from U.S. Navy landing craft unit LCU-1666 onto the hydrographic ship HMAS Melville (A 246) in support of recovery operations connected to a U.S. Marine Corps Boeing MV-22 Osprey crash, 7 August 2017. CDT-1 conducted a series of dives to retrieve information about the incident, search for remains and assist in the future salvage of the MV-22.
