Deutsch: Arabellastraße 10/12, Denninger Straße 23, München; HVB Tower, Verwaltungszentrum der HypoVereinsbank, einprägsame Gebäudegruppe von städtebaulicher Dominanz, aus „Flachbau“ und „Hochhaus“ bestehend, 1975–81 von Walther und Bea Betz; „Flachbau“: zweiflügeliges, breitgelagertes, bis fünfstöckiges terrassiertes Basisgebäude über versetzten Trapezgrundrissen (Repräsentationsräume, Sozialeinrichtungen, Schwimmbad, EDV-Anlage); im Gelenk der beiden Flügel das „Hochhaus“ (Büronutzung), dessen drei prismatische, unterschiedlich hohe Baukörper (bis 114 m) zwischen vier Rundtürmen eingestellt sind; Stahlbetonbau, Verkleidung mit einer vorgehängten Fassade aus Aluminiumelementen; reversible, als Groß- und Einzelraum nutzbare Büroflächen.
