Description
Deutsch: Hagen-Haspe, Voerder Straße 4. Stolperstein für den Widerstandskämpfer Paul Pietzko (*1906 – April 1945). Paul Pietzko hatte im Ersten Weltkrieg sein Augenlicht verloren, beteiligte sich dennoch mit Hilfe seines Blindenhundes am kommunistischen Widerstand und verteilte Flugblätter und sammelte Spenden. 1934 wurde er deshalb zu einer Zuchthausstrafe von fünf Jahren verurteilt. Ab März 1944 traf er sich mit zwei weiteren Hitler-Gegner um Pläne für die Zukunft nach dem Krieg zu schmieden. Sie wurden verraten und kurz vor Ende des Krieges Ostern 1945 im Dortmunder Rombergpark an einem Bombentrichter erschossen.
