Description
English: Spc. James Simmons, a native of Jacksonville, Fla., guards the entrance to the al-Shuhada school in Manjid, a village northwest of Baghdad, Sept. 22, 2008. Soldiers from Company B "Hammer," 52nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team "Warrior," 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, along with the 9th Iraqi Army Division provided medical aid to local residents in an effort to build lasting relationships with the community.
