Description
English: Handscreen with octogonal leaf and carved ivory handle. Cream-colored silk gauze leaf has a design of flowering plants, birds and insects, formed from kingfisher and other feathers. The frame is wrapped with brocaded silk. The handle is ornamented with a knotted green silk cord, glass beads and an embroidered and gilded pendant.
