Description
日本語: 阪神電鉄大阪梅田駅と阪神百貨店梅田本店が入居する大阪神ビル。2015年に解体された新阪急ビルとの一体化リニューアル工事を実施しており、現在隣接する阪急梅田ビルと共に、2022年春頃の竣工（阪神百貨店の商業ゾーンは2021年秋ごろに先行開業）を予定した大阪梅田ツインタワーズと称した高層ビルを建設しており、阪神側（阪神百貨店梅田本店）はサウス棟、阪急側（阪急百貨店梅田店）はノース棟として運営される予定。同写真はノース塔となる阪急梅田ビルスカイロビー（15階）より撮影した（2021年3月　Mr.ちゅらさん (talk)撮影）
元々阪神と阪急は別会社だったが、2006年に阪神の経営再建のため、村上ファンド（投資ファンド会社）から友好的TOB（株式公開買い付け）買収により、阪神が阪急の傘下に入る形となった。
