Description

Houses in Belleville, Ontario, surrounded by water and ice during the 1936 flood. The structure behind the houses was part of the Corbin Lock factory on Coleman Street. The photo is labelled as being of James and Dundas Street, but the buildings are likely at the southern end of Coleman Street.
