Description
English: Sgt. William Hill, a native Edmond, Okla., is awarded the Combat Action Badge during an awards ceremony at Camp Taji, northwest of Baghdad, Dec. 2. Hill was awarded the CAB after his Stryker vehicle was hit by an explosively-formed penetrator, April 20, in the Taji Qada. Hill is a radio telephone operator assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company "Headhunter," 2nd Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment "Strykehorse," 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team "Warrior," 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
