Ball-and-stick model of the hexaborate(6) anion, [B6H6]2− (also called closo-hexaborate), based on the crystal structure of bis(tetraamminelithium) closo-hexaborate bis(ammonia), [Li(NH3)4]2[B6H6]·2NH3, reported in Dalton Trans. (2008) 3956-3958 and CSD entry COVLUV.
