Norsk bokmål: Edsavleggelse til Føreren (jamfør bilder i 1. februar 1942 side 54).

En stor mønstring av medlemmer i Nasjonal Samlings (NS') hird ble holdt lørdag 1. og søndag 2. november 1941 i følge propagandaomtale i Aftenposten 3. november 1941. Søndag var det hirdoppmarsj, taler av stabssjefen Orvar Sæther og NS' fører Vidkun Quisling samt edsavleggelse til føreren på Universitetsplassen i Oslo: «Hirdmønstringen – en nasjonal begivenhet. 3000 hirdmenn fra hele landet hilser Føreren og sverger ham troskap til døden. (...) I søilehallen befant sig en rekke innbudte æresgjester med Gauleiter Wegener som reichskommissars representant i spissen. (...) Stabschefen kommanderte givakt og under åndeløs stillhet leste han edsformularen fore og den store skare hirdmenn gjentok den, med blottede hoder og høire hånd hevet: «Jeg sverger dig Vidkun Qusiling som fører for det norske folk, å være tro og tapper, og lover dig ubrytelig lydighet inntil døden. Så sant hjelpe mig Gud.» (...)»
