Description
Deutsch: Denkmalgeschütztes Wohnhaus in Hagen-Hohenlimburg, Mühlenteichstraße 6. Ehemalige „Villa Sonnenschein“ der Baufirma Gustav Möller & Co (gegr. 1882) gegenüber dem damaligen Mühlenteich. Um 1900 in Besitz der Firma Borlinghaus & Co, die es als Bürogebäude nutzte. Der Veredelungsbetrieb wurde in den 1870er Jahren am Mühlenteich gegründet (ab 1943 Hoesch-Borlinghaus). Das Werk wurde am 04.12.1944 durch Fliegerbomben völlig zerstört und das Bürogebäude stark beschädigt. Nach Wiederaufbau der Firma mit neuem Hallengebäude bis 1953 wurde das Bürogebäude restauriert und zum Wohnhaus umgebaut.
