Description
English:
Vizafogó (Eco)Park. Till 1987 Vizafogó freightyard. The Ecopark created in 2021-2022. The park is designed by Archikon Architect Office and environmental designer Objekt Landscape Architect Office. It's about a one-hectare area with an artificial pond, a small pier and a bistro?, recreational functions and plenty of plants. Part of the grove-like 'little forest' is 59 trees, 4 evergreens. On the territory planted 3200 shrubs, 9200 perennials and 7200 ornamental grasses, 850 bulbous ornamental plants and more than 110 evergreen ornamental plants. Their watering from a groundwater well is provided by an automatic irrigation system. In the pond is the 'Belugas' by János Lestyán Goda (2021 steel sculpture, installed in 2022). It shows two circa 2.5m size belugas and a fishnet (note: my poinion there are three fish bcoz the net look like as the two schematically depicted fish) - The site of the park was originally a freight station and industrial marshalling tracks, later the area was intended for construction. He won first prize in the Landscape Architecture category of the XXV. Hungarian Real Estate Development (FIABCI) Award of Excellence. Budapest Architectural Award of Excellence 2022 won. - between Esztergomi Road and Párkány Street, Vizafogó neighbourhood, 13th district of Budapest.

Vizafogó ökopark. 2021-2022-ben 550 millió forintból épült. A park tervezője az Archikon Építész Iroda és a környezettervező Objekt Tájépítész Iroda. Ez egy nagyjából egyhektáros terület, ahol van mesterséges tó, rajta kis stég és egy szolgáltató pavilon (Kacsintó Bisztró?) ill. illemhely, rekreációs funkciók és rengeteg növény is. Energiatakarékos LED-es a világítás. Része a ligetes 'kis erdő' 59 fa, 4 örökzöld. A területen 3200 cserjét, 9200 évelőnövényt és 7200 díszfüvet, 850 hagymás dísznövényt és több mint 110 örökzöld dísznövényt ültettek el. Locsolásukat talajvízkútról automata öntözőrendszer biztosítja ill. vízáteresztő burkolatok révén az esővizet is hasznosítják. A park helyén eredetileg teherpályaudvar, ipari rendezővágányok volt, később a területet beépítésre szánták. A XXV. Magyar Ingatlanfejlesztési (FIABCI) Nívódíj Pályázat Tájépítészeti Kategóriájában I. díjat nyert. A háttérben az Agora Hub irodaház (Esztergomi út kb. 39??, Árboc utca 3?, 2020-ban épült, építő: HB Reavis ingatlanfejlesztő) az elbontott Árpád híd autóbusz-állomás területén - Budapest, XIII. kerület, Vizafogó városrész, Vizafogó-lakótelep, Esztergomi út és a Párkány utca között.
