Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.; Admiraalzeilen voor rond- en platbodemjachten op het IJsselmeer ter viering van het feit dat Hoorn 600 jaar geleden stadsrechten kreeg. Tijdens de herdenking van de Slag om de Zuiderzee wordt een als de gevangen admiraal Bossu verklede man bij de oude Hoofdtoren door watergeuzen naar de gevangenis gevoerd. Verder div. stadsshots van oa het St. Jans Gasthuis, de 17de eeuwse Bossu-huizen, het waaggebouw, het beeld van Jan Pieterszoon Coen en het Westfries Museum.
English: Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.; Admiral sailing for round-bottomed and flat-bottomed yachts on the IJsselmeer to celebrate the fact that Hoorn received its city priviliges 600 years ago. During the commemoration of the battle of the Zuider the man dressed as the captured admiral Bossu is taken to prison near the old Head Tower by Sea Beggars. Also several city shots of a.o. the St. Jans Guesthouse, the 17th century Bossu houses, the weighhouse, the statue of Jan Pieterszoon Coen and the Westfries Museum. |
