Photograph of Hopi men preparing warp for weaving a dress, Arizona, ca.1898. One Hopi man sits on a doorstep at left holding the warp. The other man stands next to him with his hand on his hip. They both have long straight hair and wear similar clothes. They have long-sleeved shirts with different printed designs and light-colored loose-fitting trousers. The stucco around the door frame in which the first man sits is cracked.
