Description
English: Per LOC: Photograph shows a barber at the Hotel de Gink, a hotel for "hobos" and itinerant workers located at Centre and Worth Streets, the Bowery, New York City. The barber was reported to have been able to "do thirty-two shaves in ninety minutes."
