Text Appearing Before Image: almaris, figs. 150, 153, 68, arises from the outercondyle of the humerus, and is inserted into the palmar aponeu-rosis. The flexor sublimis, figs. 151, 153, 69, arises from the outercondyle of the humerus and is inserted into the metacarpal of thefifth digit and into the tendon of the ulnaris internus. The flexorprofundus, figs. 150, 151, 70, arises from the concave side of theulna, and is inserted into an aponeurosis splitting into five tendonsfor the last phalanges of the five digits. The pronator teres arisesfrom the outer condyle of the humerus: its insertion, shown infig. 154, 7i, is into the radial side of the carpus, with that of thepronator quadratus, ib. 72. The ulnaris internus, figs. 151, 153, 73, arises from the tubercle above the outer angle of the humerus,and is inserted into the ulnar side of the carpus and contiguousend of the fifth metacarpal.
