Description
Português: Incêndios florestais, poluição sonora e descompasso dos ciclos de vida são destacadas com as principais ameaças emergentes no novo relatório do Programa das Nações Unidas para o Meio Ambiente (PNUMA), que também identifica e oferece soluções para esses problemas ambientais.

Os três tópicos da edição deste ano devem afetar, cada vez mais, a saúde pública e o meio ambiente e, por isso, merecem atenção e ação de governos e do público em geral. As questões também realçam a necessidade urgente de se enfrentar a tripla crise planetária da mudança climática, poluição e perda de biodiversidade

Esta é a quarta edição do relatório Fronteiras, que foi publicado pela primeira vez em 2016 com um alerta para o risco crescente de zoonoses, quatro anos antes da emergência da pandemia de COVID-19. A nova edição foi lançada dias antes do reinício da quinta sessão da Assembleia das Nações Unidas para o Meio Ambiente (UNEA).
