[edit]DescriptionInsights-into-the-molecular-mechanism-of-allostery-in-Hsp70s-Video1.ogv |
English: Lobe rotation in the NBD of Hsp70 upon transition between the ATP and ADP bound state. The structure of the NBD of E. coli DnaK in the ATP bound conformation (PDB ID 4B9Q) was morphed into the structure of the ADP bound conformation (PDB ID 2KHO) using the Yale Morph Server (Krebs and Gerstein, 2000; Flores et al., 2006). Subdomains of the NBD in different shades of green (IA, dark green; IB chartreuse; IIA, dark teal; IIB, lime); NBD-SBD-linker in purple. |
