Description
English: Exemplary video of cell phase volume change evaluated by holographic microscopy. Images demonstrate the loss of phase volume and area after 40 ms irradiation time for a radiant exposure of 15 mJ/cm2 and 41 mJ/cm2. A large decrease in area and phase volume is observable in the latter case within 60 s. Scale bar 20 μm.
