Description
English: Movement of MPyV associated with dynamic actin. 3T6 cells expressing EGFP-actin (green) were infected with fluorescently labeled MPyV (red) at 37°C and analyzed by time-lapse confocal microscopy. Video sequence with fluorescent signals (left) and corresponding sequence from transmission light (right) are shown. Images were taken with intervals of 4 seconds. Video sequences were obtained using a Leica TCS SP2 AOBS confocal microscope.
