Description
Español: Figura 4 C. Formación de islotes en el páncreas neonatal.

Células endocrinas del islote recubiertas con una capa de matriz extracelular.
Se muestra tinción inmunohistoquímica para Insulina (verde), glucagón (rojo) y colágeno IV (amarillo) en la imagen izquierda.
A la derecha se muestra solo el canal para fluorescencia del colágeno IV (amarillo) que permite visualizar la matriz extracelular dentro del islote.
Los vasos sanguíneos intra-islote están asociados con la matriz extracelular.
La barra corresponde a 50 μm.
