Summary

[edit]
Description

The historical Johannis graveyard in the inner-city of Jena (Thuringia/Germany) was closed in 1940 as it became too small. Used as park since 1978. The graves are still untouched and covered with ivy. Some even completely. Known residents of Jena got buried there, e.g. Carl Zeiss.
