Deutsch: … oder Bahnhofsteil Sa, die Abkürzung dürfte für Saalebrücke stehen. Richtung Osten, die Saalebrücke befindet sich hinter dem Kamerastandort. Nach links in der Steigung verläuft die am 1. Mai 1979 in Betrieb gegangene S-Bahn-Strecke 6051 Abzw Wörmlitz – Abzw Sa mit dem Haltepunkt Silberhöhe und dem Bahnhof Halle Südstadt. Sie wurde gebaut, um die seinerzeit schon hochbelastete Strecke Halle–Sangerhausen nicht noch zusätzlich durch zweimal haltende S-Bahn-Züge zu belasten. Ein für einen störungsfreien S-Bahn-Betrieb eigentlich erforderlichen dritten Brückenzug über die Saale konnte man nicht bauen, dafür wurde im Abschnitt Abzw Sa – Abzw Awo zweimal eingleisiger Streckenblock eingerichtet, eine in der sicherungstechnisch sehr konservativen Rbd Halle ansonsten unübliche Einrichtung. Das nördliche Gleis links wird hauptsächlich von den S-Bahn-Zügen zwischen Halle (S) Hbf und Halle-Nietleben befahren, das südliche rechts von den Zügen von und nach Angersdorf. Durch die Weichenverbindung im Hintergrund sind diese Fahrten voneinander unabhängig möglich. Ist kein S-Bahn-Zug im Abschnitt, kann die Saalebrücke von und nach Angersdorf auch in üblicher Form zweigleisig befahren werden. Für eine zweite Gleisverbindung wie auf der Seite Angersdorf ist hier kein Platz, deswegen können die S-Bahn-Züge das südliche Gleis Angersdorf–Halle nicht benutzen. |
