Deutsch: Ein S-Bahn-Zug der Linie S8 von Wittenberg nach Halle erreicht den Bahnhof Radis, er hat hier zehn Minuten Aufenthalt für eine Überholung durch einen Fernverkehrszug. Etwa alle zwei Stunden werden die S-Bahn-Züge sogar von zwei Schnellzügen überholt. Eine Verbesserung ist erst möglich, wenn ein zusätzliches S-Bahn-Gleis zwischen Radis und Muldenstein gebaut wird. In den für den Deutschlandtakt erforderlichen Infrastrukturausbauplänen ist es enthalten. Nördlich von Bitterfeld werden die Streckenäste der Linien S2 und S8 bei jeder Fahrt mit Korrespondenzanschluss in Bitterfeld getauscht, damit gibt es von Leipzig und Halle eine Verbindung pro Stunde nach Dessau und Wittenberg. Dieses Prinzip gab es schon vor der Einführung der Mitteldeutschen S-Bahn und es hat sich gut bewährt. |
