Description
Deutsch: Richtung Stadtzentrum, das linke Gleis wird erst befahren, wenn die Verbindung mit der Eisenbahnstrecke Chemnitz–Aue in Betrieb geht. Der Doppelbahnsteig mit zwei Höhen ist in Richtung Aue kaum zu erklären. Triebwagen mit einer Einstiegshöhe von 250 mm werden hier voraussichtlich nie verkehren.
Mit dem Einbau der Achszählkontakte und Gleismagnete wird der hochliegende Rasengleisbau an dieser wohngebäudefernen Stelle noch fragwürdiger. Will man unbedingt Geld verbrennen? Klassischer Schotteroberbau dürfte an dieser Stelle auf Dauer deutlich kostengünstiger sein, zumal er hinter Straße ohnehin folgt und der mehrfache Wechsel der Oberbauform die Unterhaltung zusätzlich erschwert.
