Description	Maintenance on the Pratt & Whitney J48-P-6 engine of a U.S. Navy Grumman F9F-6 Cougar from Composite Squadron VC-61 Det.C "Eyes of the Fleet" aboard the aircraft carrier USS Kearsarge (CVA-33). VC-61 Det.C was assigned to Carrier Air Group 11 (CVG-11) aboard the Kearsarge for a deployment to the Western Pacific from 7 October 1954 to 12 May 1955.
