[edit]Fallout, Shock Will Be Topics. Ridgefield, New Jersey. James Norton of 915 Ray Avenue and Mrs. Henry A. Krawiec of 475 Morse Avenue will speak tomorrow at the medical self-help program sponsored by Civil Defense. Norton, a physics instructor at Memorial High School, will talk on radioactive fallout and shelter. He attended a radiological school in Brooklyn, and has taught a similar course in the adult education school. Mrs. Krawiec is a graduate of Bellevue School of Nursing and has taught in the Neurology Department at the same hospital. She will talk on shock at the 2 P.M. session in School 2.
