Summary[edit]
DescriptionJobs Report 3-4-11 (5496741787).jpg |
The Department of Labor announced that the economy added 192,000 jobs and the unemployment rate fell slightly to 8.9 percent in February. With 222,000 jobs added by private businesses, this marks the 12th consecutive month of private sector job growth. Congressional Republicans would take our economy in the wrong direction by passing an irresponsible ‘So Be It’ spending bill that will destroy jobs, weaken our middle class, and stall our economic growth. |
