Joseph F. Moran Dies. Head of Iron Factory. Joseph F. Moran, former owner of the Jersey City International League baseball club, and for many years interested in various enterprises in New Jersey shore resorts, died of heart disease yesterday at his home, 465 Park avenue, Manhattan. He was 51 years old. Mr. Moran had been connected for nearly 30 years with the Atlantic Basin Iron Works, at 137 Van Brunt street, Brooklyn, and at the time of his death he was president and treasurer and a director of the company. He also was president and treasurer of the Elizabeth Press Publishing Company and of the Naroma Corporation of New Jersey. He headed the Point Pleasant Land Company and the Point Pleasant Printing and Publishing Company, both of Point Pleasant, New Jersey and he was a director of the Ocean County National Bank, also at Point Pleasant. Before acquiring these various interests he had been vice president of the National Enamel and Stamping Company in Indiana. Mr. Moran is survived by his widow, Mrs. Adeline Stillwell Moran. Services will be held at the Campbell Funeral Church, Broadway and 66th street, Manhattan, with a requiem mass in St. Patrick's Cathedral at 10 o'clock Thursday morning.
