Description
English: Award of the Interior Ministry (MVD) commemorating the 200th anniversary of the creation of interior troops (VV MVD). Established on 24 September 2010 by ministerial order 679. Awarded to soldiers and members of the civilian staff of internal forces, as well as to citizens discharged from military service who impeccably served for (worked for) 20 years or more, or receiving a disability pension (without a set length of service) or who are combat veterans. Can be awarded both Russian and foreign citizens.
Русский: приказ министра внутренних дел РФ от 24 сентября 2010 года № 679 учреждены юбилейная медаль МВД России «200 лет внутренним войскам МВД России». Юбилейной медалью награждаются военнослужащие, гражданский персонал внутренних войск, а также граждане, уволенные с военной службы и безупречно прослужившие (проработавшие) 20 и более лет, либо не имеющие указанной выслуги, но получающие пенсию по инвалидности или являющиеся ветеранами боевых действий.
Français : Médaille commémorative pour 200 Ans des Troupes du Ministère de l'Intérieur de Russie. Instaurée le 24 septembre 2010 par l'arrêté ministérial 679. Décernée aux soldats et membres du personnel civil des troupes de l'intérieur, ainsi qu'aux vétérans du service ayant servi (travaillé) avec distinction pour une période de 20 ans ou plus, ou recevant une pension d'invalidité (sans période de service requise) ou aux vétérans de combats. Peut être décernée aux citoyens Russes et étrangers.
