Português: Segundo dia do julgamento de Lindemberg Alves Fernandes, acusado de matar a ex-namorada, Eloá Pimentel, em 2008, começou nesta manhã, às 9h30, com o depoimento do irmão dela, Ronickson Pimentel dos Santos. Em seguida começaram os depoimentos das testemunhas de defesa. A divulgação do caso Eloá na mídia pode influenciar a decisão dos jurados? Essa e outras questões são esclarecidas pelo advogado criminalista Cléber Lopes. O Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) negou o pedido de liminar em Habeas Corpus para o pai de Eloá, Everaldo Pereira dos Santos. A decisão foi do desembargador Vasco Della Giustina. Everaldo foi condenado a 33 anos de prisão por dois homicídios qualificados e foi preso em Santo André, após ter sido reconhecido nas imagens transmitidas pelas TVs que cobriam o assassinato da filha dele, Eloá Pimentel. Essa é a segunda vez que a Justiça nega pedido de Habeas Corpus ao ex-PM. Everaldo Pereira Cumpre pena no presídio de Maceió, Alagoas, onde cometeu os crimes. |
