English:
Former Madách offices complex, then residential buildings with stores. Arch. Gyula Wälder, István Janáky and Tibor Hübner, 1937-38. Part of two listed building complexes. Artworks: 'Felvidék (Upland) return' architectural relief by Zoltan Borbereki Kovács (1939, Trianon related), a plaque-relief to Lilli Neszmélyi by Géza Stremeny. On either side of the entrance to the building, left: three soldiers holding one of the children of two women, on the right: a peasant family with a horse - Inside is a 24sqm size mozaik/ceramic wall painting by István Pekáry - 13-15 Károly körút = 1 Madách Square, 7th district of Budapest

Homlozati alkotások: Felvidék visszacsatolásának domborműve [1] az épület kapubejáratának két oldalán, három katona két nő egyik gyermekét karjában, jobboldalon egy paraszt családlóval. (Felállítás 1939, Borbereki Kovács Zoltán), a homlokzaton van még Neményi Lili-emléktábla (Felállítás 2002, Stremeny Géza) - Belül:A lépcsőházának előcsarnokában: [2] kerámia falikép (Felállítás 1939, Gádor István /1984/, Pekáry István/1981/) 2400 db. 10x10 centiméteres kerámialap. Része a Károly körút páratlan oldala a Rákóczi úttól a Király utcáig helyi védelem alatt álló épületegyüttesnek (azonosító:-8010) ÉS a Lakóház, üzletház, irodaház Műemléki védelem alatt álló épületegyüttesnek (azonosító: 849, törzsszám: 15590) - Budapest, VII. kerület, Madách Imre tér és Károly körút 13-15.
