Keimzelle des Ortes
Der im Jahr 966 erstmals urkundlich erwähnte Sülzenhof gilt als Keimzelle des Ortes Dollendorf. Um 1300 ging der Hof in den Besitz der Abtei Heisterbach über und blieb bis 1803 Mittelpunkt der Heisterbacher Weinwirtschaft. Der Hauptbau der heutigen Anlage stammt noch aus der Heisterbacher Zeit, eine Balkeninschrift nennt das Jahr 1656. Ein Anbau mit reicher Holzverzierung entstand am Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts. Das Gut Sülz wird heute ausschließlich gastronomisch genutzt.

AN DER STELLE DES HEUTIGEN „WEINGUTS SÜLZ“ befand sich die älteste für Oberdollendorf bekannte Hofanlage, der so genannte Sülzenhof.
