Description
Deutsch: Kapelle St. Maria bei Walpertshofen (Gde. Hebertshausen), erbaut 1905.
Von Osten (aus Richtung S-Bahn-Station) präsentiert sie sich als Don-Quixote-Kapelle im Kampf mit den Windmühlen.
Die Kapelle steht auf der Straßenkreuzung zwischen zwei alten Linden (und einigen kleineren Bäumen). Die Krone der südlichen Linde ist schön entwickelt. Der nördliche, straßenseitige Baum hingegen wurde offenbar straßenverkehrsgerecht „gepflegt“.
Die Straße von Hebertshausen (S-Bahn-Station) nach Pellheim (Stadt Dachau) wurde neu ausgebaut und mit einem breiten Geh- und Radweg versehen.
