Čeština: Partyzánský průkaz Karla Martínka (1910–1975) (číslo 2602) dokládající jeho členství v partyzánské jednotce Jan Žižka Moravskoslezský během druhé světové války. Průkaz vydán těsně po 2. světové válce (nejspíše v letech 1946 až 1947) sloužící jako povolení k nošení partyzánského odznaku číslo XXX.
English: Partisan card of Karel Martínek (1910-1975) (number 2602) proving his membership in the Jan Žižka Moravian-Silesian partisan unit during World War II. Pass was issued just after World War II (probably between 1946 and 1947) serving as a permit to wear partisan badge number XXX.
