English: Kellyite SEM-EDS scan
Locality: Poudrette quarry (De-Mix quarry; Demix quarry; Uni-Mix quarry; Carrière Mont Saint-Hilaire; MSH), Mont Saint-Hilaire, La Vallée-du-Richelieu RCM, Montérégie, Québec, Canada
Description: This is the original SEM-EDS scan. Even though this was a “quick and dirty” scan on antiquated equipment, it seems like a decent fit for kellyite. But I didn't believe result, so I sent another sample - which gave essentially the same result. The general features of this scan have now been confirmed on better equipment. More importantly, XRD also indicates kellyite.

Beschreibung: Dies ist der ursprüngliche SEM-EDS-Scan. Obwohl dies ein „schneller und schmutziger“ Scan auf antiquierten Geräten war, scheint es für Kellyit anständig zu passen. Aber ich glaubte dem Ergebnis nicht, also schickte ich eine weitere Probe – die im Wesentlichen das gleiche Ergebnis lieferte. Die allgemeinen Merkmale dieses Scans wurden nun an besseren Geräten bestätigt. Noch wichtiger ist, dass XRD auch Kellyit anzeigt.
