Description
English: Dr. Leonardo Cangronis speaks to Rear Adm. James M. Hart, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa commander, and other dignitaries during a visit to a medical clinic in Obock, Djibouti, Nov. 12. The visit to the medical clinic highlighted a general patient ward, medical laboratory, X-ray room, men's clinic, family clinic, tuberculosis clinic, maternity ward, surgery ward, food pantry and administrative office. The stop was one of several during a key leadership engagement involving CJTF-HOA personnel in Obock.
