Heft mit dem Titel"Abschieds-Predigt von der mehr als 700 Jahre alten Kirche in Blönsdorf", gehalten am Sonntag Quadimodogeniti 1909 von Pastor Otto Bölke. Auf dem einfachen Papiereinband befindet sich eine Abbildung der alten, zum Abbruch gegebenen, evangelischen Kirche in Blönsdorf. Auf dem unteren Rand ist die handschriftliche Notiz"Herrn Kirchenrendant E. Obst in Bitterfeld ... [?]".Die Veröffentlichung im Format 22,3 x 14,3 cm wurde gedruckt von Albert Stötzner in Zahna. Der Umfang beträgt 8 Seiten. Das Heft wurde zum Verkauf angeboten, der Erlös wurde für den Kirchenneubau verwendet. Die neue Dorfkirche wurde zwischen den Jahren 1911 bis 1912 erbaut. Reste der historischen mittelalterlichen Kirche wurden hierbei wiederverwendet.
