Description
Deutsch: Der Pompejanische Saal des Stadtschlosses Wiesbaden, auch kleiner Saal genannt, zur Marktstraße in Richtung Gelber Salon. Links ist einer der beiden Spiegel zwischen den zwei Wandmalereien mit je einer der vier pompejanischen Tänzerin im Bild.
Außer dem Kronleuchter in der Mitte hingen früher 4 weitere Leuchter von der Decke, die alle mit Kerzen bestückt waren. Die Fensterläden waren auf beiden Seiten mit Spiegeln versehen, sodass hunderte von Lichtpunkten in den Raum strahlten.
Heute nutzt der Hessische Landtag diesem Saal für seine Empfänge und Festlichkeiten. (DSC09788-Dv4)
