Summary
[edit]DescriptionKodak Vest Pocket Rainbow Hawk-Eye (6218962589).jpg |
The Kodak Vest Pocket Rainbow Hawk-Eye was the first camera to take 127 film, allowing for 4x6.5cm exposures. Four apertures are available, numbered one through four, and selectable via a thumb wheel on the front of the camera. The shutter has two modes T and I, meaning "Timed" and "Instantaneous". Timed is now known today as a bulb exposure, allowing for manual operation of the shutter. This particular version of the Vest Pocket was sold between 1931 and 1933.
