Lady Kayo shoots Saiki in the eye, enterteining prince Hansoku. Is important to remark that this painting was made before the opening of the country to the outside world. So is difficult to explain the western influence like the victim against the tree who resembles St Sebastian. Europe endulged in /Chinoisery/, while Japan shifted its own cultural curiosity from China to Europe.
