Source My own work. This diagram was created in scalable vector graphics (SVG) format using Microsoft Visio 2003 and Inkscape 0.42.2. Information and inspiration was provided from the following document (a dissertation published by the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia): LEKSAWASDI, N.
