Description
Centsprent met 4 x 4 omkaderde houtsneden met afbeeldingen uit het leven van Jan Klaassen: hij loopt op klompen en heeft geldgebrek, als hij wil gaan slapen wordt hij door bijen gestoord, hij verjaagt de dood met een knots, doet een handstand, danst met een herderin, wordt door twee moren overvallen, hij raakt gewond, bezoekt een dokter, wiens pruik hij kamt, en herstelt. Hij laat zijn hongerige kinderen dansen en zonder eten naar bed gaan, danst zelf met een moorse koningin met castagnetten. Hij verdwijnt van het toneel als hij een draak ontmoet waarmee hij niet durft te vechten. Bevat vierregelige rijmende onderschriften.
