Late Early Medieval Buckle
Description
English: Fragment of a Late Saxon copper alloy buckle frame, part of a deep sub-rectangular probably D-shaped frame (width 4mm, depth 8mm) with the remains of three punched dots on the upper face and two punched dots on the outer face, broken narrowed round-sectioned pin bar. Surviving length 16mm. Surviving width 23mm. 10th century.
