English: SILVERDALE, Wash. (March 11, 2016) - Rear Adm. David Kriete, Commander, Submarine Group Nine, Commander, Submarine Force U.S. Pacific Fleet Rear Adm. Fritz Roegge (center) and Rear Adm. Charles Richard, Director, Undersea Warfare Division, attend the 10th bi-annual Nuclear Deterrent Symposium held at the Silverdale Beach Hotel Ballroom. The symposium provides an unclassified forum for policymakers and experts in nuclear matters to discuss issues about the current and future posture of U.S. strategic forces, with the primary focus on the sea-based leg of the triad.
