Jahrzehnte im kleinen Haus neben der Schule: Leder-Gerisch. Im Adressbuch von 1930 (Hier ein Link zum Adressbuch) stehen „Gerisch, Max, Geschäftsführer“ und „Gerisch, Thekla, Ledergeschäftsinhaberin“ mit der Hausnummer „267“. Der Eintrag im Telefonbuch von 1952: „Gerisch, Martin, Lederwaren, Platz des Friedens 267“ (S. auch File:Schönheide im Fernsprechbuch der Deutschen Post für den DDR-Bezirk Karl-Marx-Stadt 1955 Seite 179.jpg). Zu DDR-Zeiten gab zunächst eine staatliche Beteiligung, später wurde eine VEB-Firma aus dem kleinen Betrieb, der insbesondere Taschen herstellte - früher aus Leder, später auch aus Kunststoff-Materialien. Seit 1975 ist die Hausnummer Hauptstraße 72. Im Garten gab es in einem Holzhäuschen eine Wäsche-Mangel, die die Kundinnen nach Anmeldung selbst betrieben. Nach 1990 wurden in dem Laden verschiedene Produkte verkauft, 2016 zog ein Geschäft für Unterhaltungselektronik und Computerzubehör aus. |
